4. Processors and Recipients

We use technical processors to operate the website. These providers access only the data strictly necessary for their task, under a processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR :

  • OVH SAS (France) — web and database hosting
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, SCC) — form security (Turnstile)
  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd (USA + EU, SCC) — audience measurement (Google Analytics 4), only if you consent

We never sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Transfers Outside the European Union

Some data may be transferred to the United States in connection with the use of Cloudflare Turnstile and — if you consent — Google Analytics. These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), as well as by the Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the USA.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data :

  • Right of access — obtain confirmation and a copy of your data
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure — request the deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction — restrict certain processing
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect

To exercise these rights, write to contact@sensorfactory.fr specifying your request. We will respond within one month at the latest.

7. Data Security

Sensor Factory implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data : HTTPS encryption, regular backups, access control, logging, systematic updating of software components, and employee awareness training.

8. Changes

This privacy policy may be amended to reflect legal, technical, or organizational developments. Any substantial change will be notified to you through the website. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page.
